Easyload betting sites

What Easyload is

Easyload is a prepaid voucher sold through the Flash network. Flash describes it as a voucher that tops up airtime and data on MTN, Vodacom, Telkom, Cell C and other networks, Wi-Fi accounts, and gaming wallets at bookmakers including Hollywoodbets, Betway and Easybet. You pay cash, get a code, and redeem it wherever Easyload is accepted.

It’s one of several Flash products. If you’ve used 1ForYou or 1Voucher, Easyload works much the same way, with a 14-digit code rather than a 16-digit PIN.

Bookmakers that accept Easyload

In our data four bookmakers accept Easyload:

• Betway: listed as “Easy Load” in the deposit menu.
• Hollywoodbets: named by Flash as an Easyload gaming wallet.
• Easybet: from R5, instant.
• Mzansibet.

All are licensed by provincial gambling boards. Offshore casinos, including 1Win, don’t take Easyload.

How to deposit with Easyload

1. Buy an Easyload voucher at a Flash shop or Easyload vendor. Pay cash and keep the slip.
2. Log in to your betting account and open the deposit page.
3. Choose Easyload (or “Easy Load”).
4. Enter the 14-digit code and confirm.
5. The deposit reflects immediately.

If you mistype the code, the cashier rejects it without using the value, so just try again carefully.

Withdrawals

Easyload is deposit-only. To get winnings out:

• Betway and Hollywoodbets both offer cash-send payouts: FNB eWallet, Standard Bank Instant Money, Absa CashSend and Nedbank Send-iMali. These don’t need a bank account.
• Hollywoodbets can also pay to the 1ForYou app.
• Easybet pays out through Ozow and bank EFT.
• All four offer standard bank EFT.

Get your FICA documents approved first; it saves days on your first payout.

Fees, limits and speed

• Fees: none from the bookmakers in our data.
• Limits: R5 minimum at Easybet. One comparison site lists a R5,000 maximum per Easyload deposit at Easybet; check the cashier for the current cap.
• Speed: instant.

Who it suits

Easyload suits cash punters near a Flash outlet who bet at Betway, Hollywoodbets, Easybet or Mzansibet. Because the same voucher also buys airtime and data, it’s handy if you already top up your phone this way.

If you can bank online, Ozow or Capitec Pay is faster and you won’t need to visit a shop. If your bookmaker isn’t on the list, use 1Voucher or OTT Voucher, which more sites accept.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Sold across Flash’s large informal-retail network.
• One voucher covers airtime, data and betting.
• R5 minimum at Easybet.
• Instant and free.

Cons

• Only four bookmakers in our data.
• Deposit only.
• The code is like cash; keep the slip safe.

Alternatives

Other cash vouchers include 1Voucher, OTT Voucher, Blu Voucher, Kazang, EasyPay Voucher and, at PantherBet only, Shop2Shop. Compare them, and the bookmakers that accept each, on our payments page.
