Provably fair games let you check every result yourself: the casino commits to a hidden server seed before you bet, your own client seed is mixed in, and after the round you can hash the seeds to confirm nothing was changed. How provably fair works
A normal online casino game uses a random number generator that a testing lab certifies. You trust the lab and the licence. A provably fair game adds a check you can run yourself:
- Commit: before you bet, the game shows the hash of a secret server seed. A hash is a fingerprint: it fixes the seed without revealing it.
- Mix: your browser adds a client seed, which you can change, and a nonce counts your rounds.
- Play: the server seed, client seed and nonce are combined and hashed. The result (a dice roll, a mine layout, a Plinko path, a crash point) is read from that hash.
- Reveal and check: after the round, the server seed is shown. Hash it: it must match the fingerprint from step 1. Then recompute the result from the three values.
Because you can change the client seed at any time, the casino can’t have picked a server seed that beats you. Our provably fair verifier does the hashing in your browser.

What provably fair doesn’t do
It doesn’t change the odds. Every game here has a house edge priced into its multipliers, and choosing more mines, red Plinko or a 1% dice chance only makes results swingier. It also doesn’t stop scams outside the game: “predictor” apps and paid signals claiming to beat these games are fraudulent, because the seed is unknown until after the round.

Frequently asked questions
What does provably fair mean?
It means each result comes from cryptographic seeds that are fixed before you bet and revealed afterwards. By hashing the revealed seed and recomputing the result, you can prove the casino didn't change the outcome.
How do I verify a provably fair game?
Note the server seed hash shown before you play. After the round, open it in your history, copy the revealed server seed, your client seed and the nonce, and check that the server seed hashes to the value you saw. Then recompute the result, for example with our provably fair verifier.
Does provably fair mean I'll win more?
No. It proves results weren't tampered with, but the house edge is still built into the payouts. A provably fair game with a 97% RTP still returns less than you stake over time.
Are provably fair games legal in South Africa?
