Aviator demo
Aviator is Spribe's provably fair crash game: a plane takes off, the multiplier climbs, and you must cash out before it flies away. You can place two bets per round, and each round can be checked with its seeds. Its RTP is high for a casino game, and Betway and Betxchange give free Aviator flights.

How a round of Aviator works
Aviator, from Spribe, launched in 2019 and became the most played crash game in Africa. Each round lasts a few seconds:
- Bet: in the short countdown before take-off, place one or two bets.
- Take-off: a red plane climbs and a multiplier rises from 1.00x.
- Cash out: press cash out at any moment. Your win is your stake times the multiplier at that instant.
- Fly away: at a random point the plane flies off. Any bet not cashed out by then is lost.
Some rounds end almost instantly at 1.00x; a few run past 100x. Everyone in the round sees the same flight, and the side panel shows other players’ bets and cash-outs live.
Features
- Two bets at once: run a safe bet and a risky one in the same round, for example cashing one at 1.5x and letting the other run.
- Auto bet and auto cash-out: set a target multiplier and the game cashes out for you, which removes the temptation to wait “one more second”.
- Round history: the strip at the top shows recent results; tap any one to see how it was produced.
- Rain: free bets dropped into the chat at random by the game.
RTP: what 97% means in practice
Aviator’s RTP is 97%. In a crash game, that has a neat consequence: the chance that a round reaches a multiplier m is about 97% divided by m. So:
- Cashing out at 2x works about 48.5% of the time.
- At 5x, about 19%.
- At 10x, about 9.7%.
Whatever target you pick, the long-run return is the same 97%. A low target wins more often but pays less; a high one pays more but rarely. Our crash probability calculator works this out for any target. There is no target that beats the house.
How to verify an Aviator round (provably fair)
Aviator is provably fair, which means you can check that a round wasn’t changed after you bet:
- Before the round, Spribe’s server creates a secret server seed and shows you its hash.
- The browsers of the first three players to bet each add a client seed.
- The server seed and the three client seeds are combined and hashed (SHA-512). The round’s multiplier comes from that hash.
- After the round, tap it in the history. You’ll see the server seed, the three client seeds and the combined hash. Hash the server seed yourself and it must match the hash shown before the round.
You can paste the values into our provably fair verifier or any SHA-512 tool. Because players add part of the seed, not even Spribe can pick the result in advance.
Honest tips
- Ignore “patterns” in the history. A run of low rounds says nothing about the next one.
- Use auto cash-out. Most losses come from waiting a little longer than planned.
- Predictor apps are fake. The seed system makes prediction impossible.
- Set a session budget in Rands, not a number of rounds; rounds are fast and add up.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Aviator game work?
You place a bet before the round, the plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1.00x. Press cash out before the plane flies away and you win your stake times the multiplier; if it flies away first, you lose that bet.
Is Aviator legal in South Africa?
Aviator is offered by South African-licensed bookmakers such as Betway and Hollywoodbets under their provincial licences, so playing it there is legal for adults. Offshore casinos also offer it, without a local licence.
Do Aviator predictor apps work?
No. Each round's result is fixed by cryptographic seeds before it starts, and part of the seed comes from players' own browsers. No app can know it in advance; predictor apps and Telegram signals are scams designed to take your money or login details.
Where can I get free Aviator flights?
Betway gives new players free Aviator flights, and Betxchange offers Aviator flights in its weekly Bet & Get. The Aviator offers on this page show the current terms.
Can I play Aviator for free?
Yes. The demo on this page runs Spribe's own fun-mode version in Rands, with no sign-up.
