Dice demo
Dice is Spribe's provably fair number game: you pick a number and bet whether the roll lands over or under it, and the payout is set by your chance of winning. It's the simplest way to see how a house edge works, and every roll can be checked.

How Dice works
Dice from Spribe is one of the original crypto-casino games, cleaned up for regular casinos. There’s no table and no physical dice: the game rolls a number between 0 and 100.
- Set your stake.
- Move the slider to pick a target number, and choose Over or Under.
- Roll. If the number lands on your side of the target, you win.
The screen shows your win chance and the multiplier as you move the slider. Push the target further from the middle and the chance falls while the multiplier rises.
The odds in plain numbers
Dice makes the house edge easy to see. Spribe sets the RTP at 97%, and the multiplier is about the RTP divided by the chance of winning:
| Win chance | Multiplier (approx.) |
|---|---|
| 90% | 1.08x |
| 50% | 1.94x |
| 25% | 3.88x |
| 10% | 9.7x |
| 1% | 97x |
Whatever chance you choose, you get back about 97 cents per Rand staked over the long run. The top multiplier is 970x.
Features
- Over/Under with a free slider.
- Auto bet: set the number of rolls, a stop-loss and a stop-win, and change the stake after a win or a loss.
- History of your rolls, each with a provably fair check.
How to verify a Dice roll
Spribe’s provably fair system works like this:
- Before you roll, you see the hash of the server seed.
- Your client seed (you can change it) and the nonce (roll number) are combined with the server seed.
- The combined hash is turned into a number between 0 and 100: the roll.
- After the roll, the server seed is revealed. Hash it with SHA-256, confirm it matches what you saw beforehand, then recompute the roll.
Our provably fair verifier can do the maths for you.
Honest tips
- Auto-bet systems don’t beat the edge. Doubling after a loss (the “Martingale”) leads to rare but huge losses that wipe out many small wins.
- Low-risk settings still lose over time. A 90% chance feels safe, but the multiplier is set so you lose on average.
- Dice is very fast. Hundreds of rolls a minute are possible on auto. Use a stop-loss.
- Previous rolls tell you nothing.

Frequently asked questions
How do you play Spribe Dice?
Choose a target number with the slider and pick Over or Under. The game rolls a number between 0 and 100. If it lands on your side, you win your stake times the multiplier shown.
How is the Dice multiplier calculated?
It is roughly the RTP divided by your chance of winning. A 50% chance pays a little under 2x; a 10% chance pays a little under 10x.
Is Dice provably fair?
Yes. Each roll comes from a server seed fixed before you bet, your own client seed and a nonce, so you can recompute it afterwards.
Can I play Spribe Dice for free?
Yes, the demo on this page runs Spribe's fun-mode version in Rands with no sign-up.
