How a round of Chicken Road 2 works
Chicken Road became one of the most searched instant games of 2025, and InOut Games followed it with Chicken Road 2. The idea is the same: a chicken tries to cross a road one lane at a time, and every lane it survives raises your multiplier. This time the danger is traffic.
- Choose a stake and a difficulty.
- Step forward one lane. A safe lane increases the multiplier.
- Cash out at any time to collect stake times the multiplier.
- Get hit and the round ends with the bet lost.
The look is new, with busier roads, vehicles and more animation, but the decisions are the same: step or cash out.
Difficulty levels
Chicken Road 2 keeps the four settings:
- Easy: many safe steps, slow growth.
- Medium: balanced.
- Hard: more danger, faster growth.
- Hardcore: very risky steps, very large possible multipliers.
The setting changes how swingy the game is, not the long-run return. Higher levels give rarer, bigger wins.
RTP: lower than the original
Third-party data lists Chicken Road 2 at 95.5%. Many pages repeat the original’s 98% for the sequel, but that figure belongs to the first game. If the lower figure is right, the sequel costs noticeably more over time: on R5,000 of total stakes, about R225 on average versus R100 on the original. Check the rules screen in the game, which should state the RTP your casino runs.
Is Chicken Road 2 provably fair?
It isn’t confirmed in our data. InOut Games lists provably fair as part of its studio, but we couldn’t verify a round-by-round check for this title. If your casino’s version shows a hashed server seed before each round and reveals the seeds afterwards, you can check rounds with our provably fair verifier.
Honest tips
- Pick the version with the better RTP. If you like the game, compare its rules screen with the original’s at your casino.
- Decide how many lanes you’ll go for before you start, and cash out there.
- Difficulty is about thrill, not value. Every level has the same edge within the game.
- Ignore signals. Hazards are random, and anyone selling predictions is scamming.
