Roobet and South Africa: the access question

Before anything else, South Africans need to know that sources disagree on whether Roobet accepts players from South Africa. What 20% cashback means

Cashback is paid on net losses over the period. Lose the equivalent of R1,000 in your first week and 20% would return about R200. That’s a generous rate, but it only pays when you lose, so it’s a cushion, not a bonus to plan around.
