EGT Digital games
EGT Digital is the online arm of Euro Games Technology (EGT), the Bulgarian casino machine maker based in Sofia. It brings EGT's classic fruit and diamond slots, such as 10 Shining Diamond, to online casinos, and EGT games are in the lobby at the licensed Betshezi.

Who EGT Digital is
Euro Games Technology (EGT) is one of Bulgaria’s largest gaming companies. It builds slot cabinets and casino systems for land-based venues across Europe, Latin America and Africa. EGT Digital is the group’s subsidiary for online casino content and its X-Nave platform. It is based in Sofia like the parent company.
The naming confuses players, and with reason. EGT’s earlier online business, EGT Interactive, was renamed Amusnet in 2022 and now operates under that name. EGT Digital is a different subsidiary of the same group. Both make classic, land-based-style slots, so the games can look similar.
What EGT Digital games are known for
- Land-based feel. Fruits, sevens, diamonds and bells, laid out the way EGT’s cabinets are.
- Few features. Usually a scatter, a gamble feature and sometimes a jackpot mystery round, not cascades or bonus buys.
- Fixed paylines. Five, ten or twenty lines that are easy to follow.
- Steady RTPs. Classic EGT titles often sit between 95% and 97%.
Best EGT Digital games
10 Shining Diamond is the EGT Digital slot most searched in South Africa. It’s a 10-line diamond-and-fruit slot with an RTP of 97.04%, medium volatility and a top win of 1500x. It’s a straightforward game: line up symbols, take or gamble the win, spin again.
Where South Africans can play EGT games
EGT has a long presence in African land-based casinos, and its online games are starting to appear locally too. Our data lists EGT games at Betshezi, which is licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, so you have a provincial regulator behind you. Offshore casinos such as 1Win, which offers 500% up to R75,000 over 4 deposits and is licensed in Curaçao, also carry large libraries of classic slots.
If you play a classic slot with a bonus, skip the gamble button. Many casinos void winnings from gamble features during wagering, and the gamble adds risk without lowering the house edge.
How the gamble feature really works
Most EGT Digital slots let you gamble a win on the colour of a card. Pick right and the win doubles; pick wrong and it’s gone. The odds are close to 50/50, so over time the gamble doesn’t change much on average. What it does change is how fast your balance moves. Gambling every win turns a steady classic slot into a very volatile one, so use it sparingly or not at all.
