Who Lady Luck Games is

Lady Luck Games (LL Lucky Games AB) was founded in Stockholm in 2019 by a group of iGaming developers. Trade profiles name Mads Jørgensen, Rasmus Guldberg-Kjær and Vadim Fedorov among them. It listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm in June 2021, an unusual step for so young a studio. It has since expanded by buying smaller studios such as ReelNRG.

Rather than holding licences in every market, Lady Luck works through distribution partners. Its games reach casinos through Relax Gaming’s “Powered By” programme and through EveryMatrix. It has also built casual games for IGT and Norway’s Norsk Tipping.

What Lady Luck games are known for

• Casual, approachable design. Bright art, friendly themes and clear rules.
• Classic structures with a twist. Familiar line slots with added respins, multipliers or collecting features.
• High volatility on some titles. The gentle look doesn’t always mean gentle maths, so check the game’s volatility rating.
• Modest top wins. Several of its slots cap wins lower than the 10,000x headlines of high-risk studios.

Best Lady Luck games

Lucky Heaven is the Lady Luck title in our library. It’s an Asian-themed slot with an RTP of 95.5%, high volatility and a top win of 400x your stake. That combination is unusual: high volatility usually comes with a large top win. Here the swings are real but the ceiling is low, so it’s a game to play for the theme rather than for a life-changing hit.

Where South Africans can play Lady Luck Games

Lady Luck’s slots go wherever its partners go, mostly to European and international casinos. We haven’t confirmed a South African provincially licensed casino that lists them. 1Win has a large slot library open to South Africans and offers 500% up to R75,000 over 4 deposits; it is licensed in Curaçao, so there’s no provincial board to complain to.

If you’re choosing a slot to clear bonus wagering, pick one with a higher RTP and medium volatility. Lucky Heaven’s lower RTP means the wagering costs more on average. Our wagering calculator shows the difference in Rands.

A listed studio

Lady Luck is one of the few small slot studios listed on a stock exchange. That doesn’t make its games better or fairer, but it does mean the company publishes financial reports and is subject to listing rules. That’s a little more transparency than many studios its size offer.
