Deposit at least about €20 in crypto and Thunderpick matches it 100%, up to €600. The deposit plus bonus must be rolled over 10x. In Rand terms, a R2,000 deposit with R2,000 bonus means R40,000 of qualifying bets.

The casino version has a higher cap, up to €2,000, but a much heavier 40x rollover on the bonus. R2,000 of bonus money needs R80,000 of eligible play. Thunderpick Originals are excluded from wagering, so you’ll need to clear it on third-party slots.

Funding Thunderpick from South Africa

Thunderpick doesn’t take Rands, so your deposit starts on a South African exchange. On Luno or VALR you pay in by EFT or instant EFT, buy the coin, then withdraw it to the deposit address Thunderpick gives you. Three things decide what that costs:

• Exchange spread and fees: buying and selling crypto costs a little each way.
• Network fees: Bitcoin can be expensive to send; USDT on a cheap network or Litecoin usually costs less.

Bonus or no bonus?

Taking a welcome bonus ties up your deposit until the rollover is done; withdrawing early normally cancels the bonus and any winnings from it. If you only want to bet on one or two big esports finals, you may be better off declining the bonus and keeping your balance free to withdraw. The sports match makes sense when you already bet every week and the 10x rollover is play you’d do anyway. The casino match only suits players who’d spin through R80,000 or more a month regardless.
